Haven connects you to a licensed counselor on your own phone. Your parent only sees that a session happened, not what you said.
What you can do
- SOS: one big button that alerts every counselor on duty. First to answer takes your call.
- Talk now: connect with whoever is on duty (needs your parent's family plan).
- Schedule: pick a time that works for you.
- Resources: 988, 911 and a quick grounding exercise.
Private by design
Your parent can see that you had a session, when it started and how long it lasted. They can't see what you talked about. The one exception: if a counselor believes you or someone else is in danger, they have to act to keep people safe.
